We are authorized to collect Personally Identifiable Information (PII) from you by The Federal Marketplace and Appointed Insurance Carriers. Any PII we collect is used to provide quotes, determine eligibility for coverage or Federal Tax Credits, and help enroll in insurance plans and in servicing the plan.
If you choose to give us PII, we may share this information with The Federally Facilitated Marketplace, and/or appointed insurance carriers including by not limited to Selecthealth, University of Utah Health Plans, Regency Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Health Care, PEHP, Aetna for quoting , enrolling and under the following circumstance: Quoting determining eligibility, enrolling in and servicing an insurance plan.
Disclosing PII to us is voluntary, however, if you choose not provide us with the PII requested or not to respond to certain questions we will not be able to accurately quote, or enroll you in a health plan.
